Makes 24 muffin bites
1 ¼ cup white whole-wheat flour
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add egg, yogurt, and vanilla and mix. It may take some mixing to get to a cookie batter consistency but do not give up! Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop small balls of batter onto parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Store in an air-tight container for one day.
