4 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sugar
1 -2 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Combine all ingredients except the cucumbers and sesame seeds together in a small bowl.
Place cucumbers in a serving bowl, and pour dressing over them. Toss well to evenly coat.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
